Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Family Activity Finder Premium is billed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your iPhone:

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Family Activity Finder
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Your Premium access stays active until the end of the current billing period. You can also manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in to the app, tap your account name in the top right, then tap Delete Account. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and all personal data are removed from our database immediately.

Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription. You must cancel that separately in iPhone Settings (see above).

I lost my Premium access after reinstalling the app

Tap your account name in the top right, then tap Restore Purchases. The app will reconnect your existing Apple subscription to your account within a few seconds.

Why are some activity suggestions not quite right?

Activity suggestions are generated by an AI model from your postcode and age inputs. Most suggestions are accurate, but the model occasionally returns an activity that does not exist or is not local. Always check the venue link and the venue's own website before travelling.

If you spot a wrong or misleading suggestion, please email us. Reports help us improve the underlying prompts and venue matching.

The app says I have used all my searches for this hour

Free anonymous use is limited to three searches per hour. Signed-in free accounts get ten searches per hour. Premium subscribers have unlimited searches. The counter resets at the top of each hour.

How is my data used?

The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the service, we do not sell data, and we do not use data for advertising or cross-app tracking. Full details are in our privacy policy.
